CONSTITUTION:A cover glass 3 is fixed to a case 1 through a packing 2, and at the inner side of the cover glass 3 there is formed a piezo-electric film 6 held between transparent conductive films 4 and 5. The peiezo-electric film 6 is formed in a single layer or in a plurality of layers, for increasing the output. By this procedure, not only water proof is improved but the sound producing efficiency is improved because the sound producing body appears directly in the front.
