Abstract

In this case, semiconductor switch circuits S01, S02 and S03 are provided to respective output lines of respective matrix circuits constituting unit 16 and controlled by read control pulse signal (ϕA) to supply power to unit 16. Consequently, the power consumption can be reduced and the density of integration can also be increased.
