Abstract

PURPOSE: To reliably prevent pollution of air in a room, by a method wherein, in a roaster for business purpose, openings for smoke suction are provided along both sides of a wire net, and smoke is enforcedly sucked to be exhausted to the outside.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of air intake openings 3c are formed in a roaster outer casing 3, a discharge port 4a is provided in a center of a bottom plate, and said parts, which project upward so as to store water, are formed on a bottom of an inner casing 5 which is placed in the outer casing 3. A burner 6 is formed into a pair of straight cylinders positioned parallel to each other, a flame cover 9, inclining inward, is situated between the burner 6 and a wire net 10, and a smoke duct 18 connected to a suction device (not shown) is installed. This enforcedly sucks all smoke generated from an object to be roasted and exhausts it to the outside through the smoke duct 18, and thus, pollution of air in a room can be prevented reliably.
