Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the circuit small-size, by connecting the reference voltage and a timing capacitor to inputs of two differential circuits using C-MOS elements and by applying respective outputs to the R-S type FF and by applying the output to the timing capacitor. CONSTITUTION:At the power supply time, the output of the second differential circuit 2 using the C-MOS element becomes H-level, and R-S type FF6 becomes H-level. Therefore, charging of timing capacitor CT is started through resistance RT; and when the charging voltage exceeds Vb, the output of the second differential circuit 2 becomes L-level. Then, when the charging voltage exceeds Va, the output of the first differential circuit 1 becomes H-level, and R-S type FF6 becomes L-level. Consequently, electric charge of timing capacitor CT is discharged through resistance RT, and the output of the first differential circuit 1 becomes L-level, and then, the output of the second differential 2 becomes H-level to make the output of R-S type FF6 H-level. Thereafter, these operations are repeated to obtain the oscillation output from output terminal out.
