Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable considerable changes in the particle sizes of spray liquid and the rate of spraying of liquid to be sufficiently coped with by so constituting the nozzle that the opening phases of the discharge port of the nozzle body and the discharge port of the liquid injection nozzle are shifted.
CONSTITUTION: In this spray nozzle, the discharge ports 10, 15 of a nozzle body 4 and a liquid injection nozzle 8 align to each other on the respective discharge center lines, and are constituted of the slender plural opening parts 21 extending in a radial direction, and the discharge port 10 of said nozzle body 4 and the discharge port 15 of said liquid injection nozzle 8 are disposed in a manner that the phases of their openings 21 differ, in the view toward the discharge center direction. Thereby, the mixing characteristic in the gas-liquid mixing space S may be enhanced, and in the case of obtaining the same spraying liquid particle sizes as those of conventional nozzles, the gas-liquid ratio may be made considerably smaller than that in the prior art in relation to the rate of liquid spraying per unit time by one nozzle, and an extremely large volume of the liquid that cannot be obtained with conventional nozzles is sprayed with one nozzle.
