Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown of the rotor magnet on the subject rotor by a method wherein a sintered rotor magnet is fitted to the plastic rotor core having a sleeved flange. CONSTITUTION:The sintered rotor core 1 is coupled to the rotor core 2 in such a manner that the outside is brought into contact with the sleeve section 5 on the flange 3 of the plastic rotor core 2. As a result, the rotor magnet can not be broken down because of compressive stress applied to the entire rotor magnet 1 from the outside.
