CONSTITUTION:To a copolymer consisting of 70-80wt% vinyl chloride, 1-5wt% vinyl acetate, 2-10wt% acrylic ester, a 5-50wt% substance of about 500-10,000 mean molecular weight having active OH group, such as polyester type urethane polyol, polyester polyol and polyester polyol, is added to obtain a binder. Further, a magnetic layer is provided by using a binder obtained by adding 3-50wt% trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate to all amount of the former binder, so that the dispersibility, heat resistance, durability, etc., of the magnetic layer will further be improved.
