Abstract
PURPOSE:To position the iron core and the windings accurately by joining the bobbins with flanges which are provided with a primary winding and a filament winding, a secondary winding and another filament winding, and a leakage iron core, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The primary winding P is wound around a winding part D of the coil bobbin B1 having a plurality of the flanges, and the filament winding f1 is wound around the winding part E thereof. Likewise, the secondary winding S is wound around the winding part L of the coil bobbin B2 having the flanges, the filament f2 is wound around the winding part M thereof, and the leakage iron core part N is provided. Said bobbins B1 and B2 are joined together and inserted into the central leg of the iron core F. Thus, the positioning of the iron core and the windings can be accomplished simply and accurately. As a result, the dispersion of the characteristics can be reduced.
