Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply seal fixedly a gas laser tube by bonding the opening end of a glass tube to a reflecting mirror with heat-resisting inorganic adhesive, covering solder glass thereon and airtightly sealing it. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting mirror 4 is bonded through pasted heat-resisting inorganic adhesive member 11 to the opening end of a glass tube 2. Solder glass 12 is coated on the outer periphery of the position to be bonded, and airtightly sealed in vacuum. A conductive ring 13 may also be engaged with the outside of the solder glass 12. When thus constructed, heating means and device are unnecessary in the step of adjusting an optical axis, can be simply sealed fixedly and be enhanced in accuracy.
