Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate deceleration and braking and improve the accuracy of positioning by forming a control circuit in a shape that both forward and reverse operation are enabled by using two pairs of triacs and thyristors. CONSTITUTION:A circuit formed by two pairs of triacs and thyristors between a geared motor 1 to which a worm mechanism and a revolution number detecting member 6 are mounted and a power supply is connected to the geared motor 1. The output signals of a mode setter 7 setting reversible operation and variable speed operation modes and the output signals of the revolution number detecting member 6 are compared by means of a comparator 9, and the gates of triac and thyristor are controlled through a forward and reverse acceleration controllers 11 and forward and reverse deceleration controllers 12. Thus, both forward and reverse operation are enabled while variable speed operation is also enabled, and high positioning capacity can be obtained in cooperation with the absorption of load inertia by the worm mechanism.
