Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the pulling-out of a hydraulic cylinder and the buckling of a tension link by a method wherein the tilting angle of the tipping body is regulated at a set angle with an abutting member.
CONSTITUTION: The tipping body 3 is tiltably supported on a car frame 2 and a tilting device 5 of the tipping body 3 is provided between said tipping body 3 and the car frame 2. Said device 5 consists of a folding mechanism 6 and a tipping body tilting device 7. The folding mechanism 6 is formed by a triangular lift arm 8, consisting of two acute angular parts and one obtuse angular part, and a tesnion link 9. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder 10 is pivotally attached to the lift arm 8. The abutting member 11 is provided on the tipping body 3 at the position near the connecting part of the tipping body and the lift arm. The tipping body 3 is regulated at the set angle by abutting said member 11 against the stopper 12 provided on the arm.
