Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a coating compsn. having excellent curing characteristics and extensibility, consisting of an isocyanate blocked by a masking agent, an amino- formalin resin and a polyol or a low-molecular polyamine.
CONSTITUTION: There is provided a compsn. consisting of an isocyanate (A) blocked by a masking agent selected from oxime compds, lactams, active methylene compds. and phenols, an amino-formalin resin (B) and a hardener (C) consisting of a polyol and/or a low-molecular polyamine. Examples of the isocyanates of the component A are polyisocyanates or NCO-terminated prepolymers. Examples of the NCO-terminated prepolymers are those derived from polyisocyanates (a) and low- molecular polyols (b), or low-molecular polyols (c) composed mainly of the component (b) or low-molecular polyamines (d).
