Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the leak and loss of electric charge by setting a probe in the vicinity of a constant electric quantity pulse generator. CONSTITUTION:The probe 2 consisting of a sample electrode 8 made of the same material with a piping 6, an electrode couple 10 and a reference electrode 12 is fitted to a fitting hole liquid-tightly and removably. In the vicinity of the probe 2 the constant electric quantity pulse generator 14 and an operational amplifier 16 amplifying a polarization potential signal are arranged.
