When relay 10P is in operation for one period after the impulse, reception of 10PPS (dial speed/second) is decided and when relay 10P stays reset, the reception of 20PPS is discriminated from the reception of 10PPS Relays PA and PAA delays the received impulse by not less than one period and impulse correcting relays PB, PC and PD are driven through contact pa. Through contact pd, relays PC and PD are reset successively. Those reset times are adequately set to respective impulse speeds, and consequently the inpulse satis for any impulse speed can be corrected to an impulse ratio.
