Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the work for conveying meat into and out of the chill car and perform laborsaving and reduction of the time for the work by a method wherein an auxiliary rail prepared separately is added to a meat rail laid at the ceiling of the chill car.
CONSTITUTION: The meat rail 7 is laid by a hanging bracket 9 and rail supporting bodies 11 and 21 and the end surfaces of the rail 7 and a spacer 13 are made to have slant opposed to each other. The end surfaces of the auxiliary rail 17 and auxiliary spacer 18 both of which are prepared separately have slant respectively so as to contact with the aforesaid end surfaces respectively. And an unfolded-fan- shaped cut part 24 is provided in the central part of the spacer for the auxiliary rail and supported by a supporting piece 23 provided at the rail supporting body 21, whereby the engrafting is performed. By providing the auxiliary rail separately, the work is facilitated and the sealing property of a freezing chamber can be enhanced.
