Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an absorption effect of sound and weight lightness in a ceiling, by providing a function of ventilation through needling holes and punching holes.
CONSTITUTION: A ceiling 1 comprises a liner 2 and a PE film 4 to which both the liner 2 and corrugated cardboard material 3 are cemented further with a forming quality. Punching holes 5 arranged at random are formed in the liner 2, while the corrugated cardboard material 3 is constituted by cementing a liner 7 coated onto one side of a corrugated center core material 6 to form needling holes 8. The above described laminated body 1 is mounted in such a manner that the corrugated cardboard material 3 is situated at the roof panel side of a vehicle and the liner 2 at the car room side, and a generated sound in the room is guided to spaces, obtained by the corrugated center core material 6 in the inside of the corrugated cardboard material 3, through the holes 5 and the holes 8 in the PE film 4, thus the sound is absorbed. In this laminated body 1, its constitution being of paper material except the PE film 4 can obtain remarkably light weight.
