Abstract
PURPOSE:To detect the level of a separating membrane from the external accurately, by detecting the rotation angle of a rod, which has the tip fixed to the center lower part of the separating membrane pivotally, by an angle detector and by transferring this rotation angle to the external. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a rod 30 is fixed to the center lower part of a separating membrane 26 of a pressure-equalizing and separating mechanism of an oil tank 1 pivotally, and a rod supporting material 29 to which the rod 30 fixed to a freely rotatable horizontal shaft 27 is inserted slidably is rotated in accordance with the level of the film 26. This rotation angle is detected by a rotation angle detector 31 which is fixed to the shaft 27 coaxially, and the level of the separating membrane is displayed accurately on a display equipment 37 through a converter 36 which is installed in the external. By this accurate detection from the external, a required displacement from the ballast section is grasped to detect the abnormality such as the damage of the separating membrane and float the oil tank before flowing-out of oil stably.
