Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily perform assembly and maintenance of a device as well as reduce its side, by composing it in such a way as to prevent a fluid back flow from the second port to the first port by means of poppet head valves stuck to annular valve seats.
CONSTITUTION: In case a fluid pressure of the second port 12a side becomes higher than that of the first port 11 side by some reason, seat parts 52 of each poppet head valve 22a, 22b are immediately stuck to annular valve seats 51a, 51b respectively by the fluid pressure of the second port 12a side which is transmitted to the end surface on a coil spring 56 side. Because of a closure between the second port 12a and the first port 11 due to said adhesion of the poppet head valves 22a, 22b to the annular valve seats as well as a sliding contact between each land 32a, 32b of a spool 14 and each face of inner circumference 38, 39 of a cylinder room 7, a back flow from the port 12a to the port 11 is prevented.
