Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the dispersion of characteristics by obtaining a resistance value corresponding to a DC current amplification factor, by forming pinch resistors on the same semiconductor substrate as the 1st and 2nd transistor (TRs) and restricting the width of base diffusion region to the same as to individual ICs. CONSTITUTION:Pinch resistors 13, 14 are inserted respectively to the collector and the emitter of a TR12 forming a current Miller circuit MK, and an output current picked up from the collector of the 1st TR12 is taken as a driving current and fed to the base of the 2nd TR2, and all the circuit elements are formed on the same semiconductor substrate. Thus, even if the hFE of the TRs is varied, since the ratio of the resistance values of the pinch resistors 13, 14 is constant and the ratio of the pinch resistor 14 to a diffusion resistance 4 is changed, the variance of the collector current of the 2nd TR is not fluctuated. For example, when this circuit is applied to a tuning meter, the indication value of the tuning meter 17 can not be fluctuated.
