Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable biochemical analysis even repeatedly by a small amount of an enzyme, by separating the component of test sample by high-speed liquid chromatography, followed by passing it through an immobilized enzyme column.
CONSTITUTION: The immobilized enzyme column 9 is connected to the outlet part of the high-speed liquid chromatography part L having the separating column 4. A test sample is introduced from the inlet 5, separated by the separating column 5, and it and the reagent 7 are joined together and fed to the immobilized enzyme column. After the reaction, the test sample is determined by the detector 10. The immobilized enzyme column is packed with a desired enzyme immobilized on porous glass beads.
