Abstract

PURPOSE: Titled releasing agent free from any degradation in releasing performance which is obtained by using an oil soluble releasing agent of ≥55°C flash point and water as essential components, adding, if necessary, surfactants thereto and emulsifying the mixture through stirring and mixing.
CONSTITUTION: An oil soluble releasing agent, one of main componets, is kerosene or other petroleum base solvent and should have ≥55°C flash point. Surfactants are added, if necessary, to this. Water is required to be contained at ≥10% based on weigh. At ≤10%, a flash point of ≥55°C is admitted and flame retardancy is lost. Emulsification may be accomplished by stirring the above-mentioned raw materials for about 20min ≥1,800 revolutions per minute.
