Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible web feeding at always a fixed rate and achieve the extension of web exchanging period by revolving a cam at a fixed period, oscillating an oscillating lever in contact therewith and defining the oscillating angle of the lever according to the web amount.
CONSTITUTION: An eccentric cam 16 is mounted to a revolving shaft 17 and revolves in the arrow I direction. There is a cam follower 18 in contact with this cam 16 and is revolvably mounted to one end of the oscillating lever 19 mounted to a winding shaft 10. One end of a spring 20 is set to the other end of this lever 19 and another end of the spring 20 is set to the dowel 21 erected to a holding plate 12. Hence, the cam follower 18 is pressed to the cam 16 by the action of this spring 20. Further, a ratchet 22 is secured onto the winding shaft 10 and the driving claw for advancing the ratchet 22 is mounted to the oscillating lever 19. These make it possible to wind up the web at every fixed rate at all times and prolong the exchanging period of the web.
