Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of dendritic pattern on the surface, by controlling the quantities of impurities such as Pb, Cd, Sn, In, etc. contained in the bath to not higher than a specific value in galvanizing steel sheet with the bath contg. Al and inevitable impurity Fe. CONSTITUTION:To the galvanizing bath is added 0.1-0.6wt% Al, and Fe is mixed inevitably. The impurity elements contained in the Zn galvanizing bath is controlled by wt% respectively to, <=0.01 Pb, <=0.2 Cd, <=0.01 Sn, <=0.01 In, <=0.001 Sb, <=0.01 Bi. Steel sheet is galvanized with Zn by ordinary method using the Zn galvanizing bath. The galvanized steel sheet is allowed to cool naturally and is solidified.
