CONSTITUTION:After calling subscriber SA dials a called-subscriber's number, marker MA extracts the telephone number of SA and then transfers it to transmitter NS and, at the same time, transfers the called-subscriber's number to outgoing sensor OS to acquire outgoing trunk OGT, thereby closing a channel between SA and OGT via switch SWA. Then, OS sends the calling-subscriber's number and called-subscriber's number to office B. Marker MB of office B connects called subscriber SB to number receiver NR, which sends a calling signal to SB and, when SB makes an answer, converts the calling-subscriber's number into an aural signal by talkie TK and sends it to SB.
