Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit the compensating control of target idle revolution effectively by a small-size actuator on the assumption that the compensating time of the idle revolution number is the one that a throttle valve is operated, or no load of a carbureter is imposed on the actuator.
CONSTITUTION: When the engine key 500 is turned ON, the touch switch 307 inside the actuator 300 goes ON and the idle condition of the engine is detected. Then, the touch detection circuit 401 inside the control circuit 400 goes ON. Then, when accelerating the engine, the touch switch 307 is turned OFF and the circuit 401 sends out a trigger signal, whereupon a signal from the ignition coil 600 is put through the wave form shaper 402 and the f/v converter 403 into the deviation detection circuit 404 and compared with a target voltage. By the difference, the revolution time and driving direction of the motor inside the actuator 300 are determined and thereby the motor is driven and the throttle valve is compensated to a target idle opening degree.
