Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a relief design without an embossed work by performing a pressurized forming of an inorganic fiber massive body having a spring back force with a molding material after piling them with a particular constitution, thereby being allowed to project the forming body with the aid of the spring back force of the massive body.
CONSTITUTION: Fibrous massive bodies 16 having a spring back force are dispersed on a belt conveyer 2 transffering said belt, preferably being allowed to hold the massive bodies 16 on the belt 2 by sucking them from the lower part of the belt 2. Then, a combined material 17 containing an inorganic fiber such as a rock wool, glass wool or the like and a binder such as a phenol resin or the like, is dispersed, preferably being allowed to hold the combined material 17 by sucking them from the lower part of the belt 2 as same as described above. Then, the both compositions 16 and 17 are compressed with a pressure roll 7 and cured pressing by a pressing machine 10 in a dryer 9. Thus, the plate for architecture 19 having convex portions on the surface made by the spring back force of the massive body 16 is obtained.
