Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce a film having no black aggregates, by adding CaCO3 and a certain dispersant(s) to a polyolefine composition including carbon black, and subjecting the mixture to melt extrusion.
CONSTITUTION: To 100pts.wt. of polyolefin composition (A) which is formulated from 100pts.wt. of polyolefin such as PE and PP and 10, preferably up to 3pts.wt. of carbon black are added 0.1W10pts.wt. of CaCO3 and 0.01W2pts.wt. of one or more dispersants (C) selected from higher fatty acid metal salts such as calcium stearate and zinc ricinoleate, and the obtained mixture is extruded at 200W350° into a film having a thickness of 0.01W0.25mm through a T-die having a slit opening of 0.1W1.5mm. Thus a melt extrudate film is obtained which has a sufficient black density and is suitably used as a suproofing package for various photosensitive materials.
