Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a bleached part hard to see with the action of light by a method wherein the bleached part produced in forming by the double-axis drawing blow forming of a cold parison is matched with a part to which a polyhedral concavo- convex cut pattern is given. CONSTITUTION:When a bottle made of saturated polyester resin is formed from a cold parison 1 by a biaxial orientation blow forming method, a bleached part is liable to be produced around the trace of a gate. For a countermeasure thereto, a polyhedral concavo-convex cut pattern 6 or the like is provided on the inside of a cavity around the trace 5 of a gate in the center of a bottom wall 4 and thereby the parison to which the biaxial orientation blow forming is applied is pressed. By this, the cut pattern or the like, being reverse to the above pattern, is given on to the outer surface of the bottom wall of the bottle, whereby the bleached part is made to be hard to see and the value of the bottle as a commodity is relieved from being damaged.
