Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible to carry out such a control as operation time outside a proper operation time for each service zone may become equal in an air conditioning system which carries out heat supply to plural air conditioning zones with a common air conditioner.
CONSTITUTION: Each floor of a skyscraper is divided into zones Z1WZ4 of various sizes, and making plural zones extending over several floors into one unit, unit groups are formed. For example, zones Z1, Z3 and zones Z2, Z4 or unit groups respectively. For each of such unit groups, plural air conditioners 11W14, an exhaust fan 15 and solenoid valves SV1WSV4 for dampers are provided. When the total operation load amount of the zones is less than the minimum warranted load amount in such an air conditioning system, and when any of the zones is selectively operated outside its scheduled operation time to maintain the minimum warranted load amount, a zone whose accumulated value of preceding overtime operation time is shorter is operated preferentially.
