Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure a simple and accurate setting of weighing using a quantitative scale, by storing the head compensation value corresponding to the quantitative measurements at two points by the hopper or the like and then carrying out a proportional operation to the head compensation value between the two quantitative measurements.
CONSTITUTION: Head compensation values D1 and D2 corresponding to the accumulation caused by the open/close of the shutter corresponding to measurements T1 and T2 at two points by the hopper or the like are stored previously. Thus head compensaion value ΔD corresponding to set residual value ΔT between T1 and T2 based on set weighing value X obtained by equations I and II is decided by a proportional operation using equation III. Accordingly, if value ΔD is decided by the electronic computer or the like, the setting of weighing using a quantitative scale can be possible automatically in a simple and accurate on-line method. Based on this setting, a quantitative weighing is possible. Here K1 and K2 show the repetitive weighing frequencies; and T1', T2' and ΔT' are sensitive measurement values at the moment when the shutter is closed.
