Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten the degree of freedom of a stem attach/detach mechanism, by controlling a setting means at the side of a back lid through a setting lever coupled to the groove of a setting pin provided at the dial side of a plate.
CONSTITUTION: When a setting lever 11 which is engaged with a pin 15 driven into a plate 10 and is positioned at the side of the plate 10 near a dial 21 is pressed in the direction of an arrow A, the lever is swung centering a bent portion 11b. A setting pin 16a coupled to the lever 11 by an opening 11a and a groove 16b is swung in connection with the swing of the lever so that a setting means 16 secured on the pin 16a is swung centering the step 10e of the plate 10 at the back lid side of the plate. As a result, a stem 14 disengaged from the setting means 16 can be attached or detached. Since the setting means in a limited space at the back lid side of the plate having an inclined portion is operated by the setting lever provided in a stroke-unlimited wide space at the dial side of the plate, the degree of freedom of design of a stem change-over mechanism is increased.
