An opening 9 facing a combustion chamber C can be communicated with an intake port 7 and a suction port not illustrated in the drawing, which are provided in the valve 6. When a exhaust pulsated is at a negative pressure, the pressure is applied to a one-way valve 22 from a clearance F via a path D around the periphery of an exhaust side circumferential wall 6d of the valve 6, a notch 19c, paths 5f, 5e.
