Abstract
PURPOSE: To increase the accuracy of measurement, by blocking the electromagnetic interference externally through electromagnetic shield for the electrode group and transmission section.
CONSTITUTION: One end of the operating electrode 7 of probe, pair electrode 8 and comparison electrode 9 is connected to one end of the transmission line via a suitable terminal. The transmission line connected to the electrodes 7, 9 is coated with the electromagnetic shield 11 grounded at the measurement unit side, and further, together with the transmission line connected to the pair electrode 8, it is coated with the electromagnetic shield 12 connected to the metal electrode fixture 4 of the probe to form the transmission section, and connected to the measurement section via suitable terminals. With this constitution, since the effect of electromagnetic interference externally can be avoided, the accuracy of measurement can be increased.
