Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently perform automatic peeling and stacking operation in a small area by a method wherein a single line transfer unit is used to receive mother plate group from a crane, peel seed plates from mother plates, and deliver the mother plates to the crane.
CONSTITUTION: The process is used to automatically and continuously peel seed plates deposited on mother plates in electrolytic treatment and stack the seed plates. First, running crane hangs the electrodeposited mother plate group on chain conveyor 1 at the left side in the figure. Then, they are intermittently sent toward right direction during which a worker partly peels the upper part of seed plates 4 from the mother plates 2. When these arrive at peeling device 5, peeling plate 6 is inseted between the mother and seed plates to separate them each other. After peeling, the peeling plate is pulled up by elastic rollers 7. The peeled seed plates drop into the lower chute 8 and are contained in boxes 10 by rollers 9. By this process, the seed plates are sequentially stacked in the container boxes.
