Abstract

PURPOSE:To pick up a plurality of different rotating speeds from the composite motor without necessity of clutch mechanism by coupling the rotary shafts of a plurality of motors having different rated revolutions directly with each other and electrically switching the respective motors. CONSTITUTION:The rotary shaft of a low speed rotation motor 1 is coupled directly with the rotary shaft of a high speed rotation motor 2. When a mode change-over switch 4 is closed, a control signal generator circuit 11 applies a control signal to change-over relay switches 20-22. The switch 20 selects the signal divided in frequency from the signal of a reference signal generator circuit 12 to apply a revolution number reference signal to a rotation control circuit 17, the switch 21 selects the motor 1 or 2, and the switch 22 selects the rotating direction of the motor 1 or 2. The circuit 17 applies the deviation between the revolution number reference signal and the rotation signal to drive circuits 18, 19.
