Abstract

PURPOSE: A repellent composition that comprises at least one of urethane resins and at least one of insect pest repellents such as N,N-diethyl-m-toluic acid amide, thus showing long-term repellent effect on mosquitos, fleas, in particular, on cockroaches.
CONSTITUTION: The title insect pest repellent composition comprises 100pts.wt. of at least one of urethane resins and 1W100pts. of at least one of insect pest repellents such as N,N-diethyl-m-toluic acid amide or 2,3,4,5-bis(Δ2-butylene)-tetrahydrofurfural. The composition is applied by coating the solution in a solvent or by placing sheets including the composition on the targets.
