Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify not only the constitution but the adjustment of the control reply by forming the amplitude and position compensating analog arithmetic circuit of the positioning mechaism with the LSI digital circuit, thus eliminating the secular change and then increasing the reliability.
CONSTITUTION: The positioning device consists of the program control device 11 and control interface circuit 12. The device 11 comprises microprocessor 24 consisting of several units of LSI, PROM25, RAM and others and then reads in both the position command signal Pr and position feedback signal Pf from the target position commanding unit and the position detector 10 each to transmit the forward commond signal Sf and the reverse command signal Sr to the circuit 12 when the difference between signals Pr and Pf is positive and negative respectively. The circuit 12 delivers the forward velocity command voltage V to the drive amplifier to give rotations to the motor in a certain velocity and in the direction where the value of the signal (Pr-Pf), i.e., the position error may be reduced. After this, the command voltage is used for the output of the pulse train, and a modulation of the pulse duration is given to the rotating direction command signal by the extent of the error. Thus the optional control is possible for the positioning.
