Abstract
PURPOSE: To form a coating with heat resistance and corrosion resistance at a room temp. by a method wherein a plant constituting machinery apparatus is preliminarily subjected to the substrate treatment in a factory and, after an inorg. zinc powder paint is coated thereon, a heat resistant paint is overcoated thereon at the site.
CONSTITUTION: To a plant constituting machine apparatus requiring heat resistance and corrosion resistance, firstly, the substrate treatment is applied in a factory and thereafter, an inorg. zinc powder paint is undercoated. Subsequently, said machinery apparatus is transported to the site and a heat resistant paint is overcoated and dried at a room temp. Thereby, a composite paint coating having heat resistance and corrosion resistance in a room temp. is formed drying condition and a commodity value of the machinery apparatus from commercial point of view can be enhanced as well as the duration life thereof can be prolonged.
