CONSTITUTION:A cutting liquid W cooled by a cooler 12 on the outside of a spindle 20 is passed in a cutting-liquid passage which pierces through the inside parts of the spindle 20 and a tool 23 of a machine tool to the tip end of the tool 23. During the passage of the cutting liquid W, the spindle 20 and the tool 23 are uniformly cooled from their inside parts toward their peripheral portions by the cooled cutting liquid W. After cooling the spindle 20 and tool 23, the cutting liquid W is jetted toward the machining spot 31 of a work 30, to cool the tool 23 and the work 30 under machining and blow away the cutting chips.
