Abstract

PURPOSE: To promote atomization of fuel, by providing a heater in a fuel passage in a carburetor and lowering the temperature of said heater with rise of the engine temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A heater 3 is provided in a fuel passage 2 in a carburetor 1. The heater 3 is connected to a controller 10 to which are given output signals from a sensor 9 for detecting the temperature of cooling water and a sensor 8 for detecting the temperaintake air, so that current supply to the heater 2 is reduced when the temperature is highter than a predetermined level.
