Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a clear sticking plaster having high stretchability along both lateral and longitudinal directions, by applying an organic solvent solution of a composition composed of a specific amount of raw rubber to a polyurethane film, and coating the primer layer thus obtained with a mixture of raw rubber, a softening agent and the effective component of the plaster.
CONSTITUTION: An organic solvent solution of a composition composed of 40W 90wt% of raw rubber and 60W10wt% of triisocyanate, is applied to a polyurethane film, and dried to form a primer layer, which is coated and spreaded with a mixture of raw rubber, a softening agent (e.g. polybutene), a tackifying resin (e.g. polyterpene resin), and an effective component of the plaster (e.g. methyl salicylate, camphor, l-menthol, etc.). The plaster is hardly discernible when applied to the skin, and stretches in conformity with the movement of the skin. The primer layer improves the adhesivity between the polyurethane film and the mixture.
