Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled composition having improved friction properties and dimensional stability in molding without lowering its essential properties such as sound deadening properties, flexibility, and elastic recovery, by adding inorganic balloons to polyether ester copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: 100pts.wt. polyether ester copolymer is blended with 1W50pts.wt., preferably 5W20pts.wt. glass balloons, sirasu balloons, alumina bubbles, etc. as inorganic balloons. The inorganic balloons preferably have particle sizes not more than 50μ and commercial balloons may be treated with a silane treatment in use.
