Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled coating material, capable of giving a baked wire having improved craze resistance and solderability, and prepared by incorporating a specific blocked polyisocyanate compound obtained from an aliphatic polyhydric alcohol etc. with a polyester-polyol.
CONSTITUTION: A coating material prepared by incorporating (A) a blocked polyisocyanate compound which is obtained by blocking the free isocyanae group of a polyisocyanate compound with a compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group, preferably cresol or xylenol, with (B) a polyester-polyol. The polyisocyanate compound is obtained by adding a polyhydric alcohol selected from an aliphatic diol, an aliphatic triol and an alicyclic diol to diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, preferably at 77°C.
EFFECT: No crazing even on stretching at a low or high extension ratio.
