Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce a slide resistance of a slide shaft and to improve a response efficiency, by a method wherein the slide shaft of an electromagnetic drive is supported by means of a fluid bearing.
CONSTITUTION: A slide shaft 3 of an electromagnetic drive 4 is supported by means of a fluid bearing 10 which is constituted such that a cylindrical bearing member 5 is fixedly fitted in a cylindrical bearing proper 13. This reduces a slide resistance of the slide shaft 3 and enables the extreme smooth movement of the slide shaft 3. Thereby the slide shaft 3 can respond to a slight change in an input current to the electromagnetic drive 4, and a response efficiency of the whole of a servo-valve 1 is improved.
