Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a solenoid valve, low in power consumption and operated correctly, by providing a circuit for impressing time-limited driving current to electromagnetic coil of a solenoid valve at predetermined time intervals in synchronism with solenoid valve driving instruction and thereby changing the stable position of the valve.
CONSTITUTION: When comparator 15 is turned OFF and the minus input potential of comparator 15 becomes higher than the plus input potential through charging of capacitor 19 from the state that the first coil 9 is energized, comparator 15 is turned ON and the first coil 9 is de-energized. At the same time, a series circuit of resister 24 and diode 25 is connected in parallel with resister 17, so that the plus input potential of comparator 15 is lowered. Further, capacitor 19 starts discharge through resister 26 and diode 27. When the minus input potential is lowered after passing of a predetermined time, the first coil 9 is re-energized and discharge of capacitor 19 is started.
