Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by a method wherein a supporting strength of an underground portion of a steel plate cell of which diameter is reaching about 20W 30m is increased and a length thereof in the underground is shortened.
CONSTITUTION: A steel plate cell is formed under dividing into a ground portion 1 and an underground portion 2 and a flange 3 is attached to either a lower end of the ground portion or an upper end of the underground portion. After the underground portion 2 is driven into a foundation, the ground portion 1 is connected to the underground portion 2 and thereby a supporting strength of the foundation is increased.
