CONSTITUTION:The emitter of the transistor Q11 is connected to the base of the transistor Q13 via the diodes JD1-Dn and then the resistance R11 in series respectively. The emitter of the transistor Q12 is connected to the collector of the Q13 via the diodes D1-m in series. And the emitter of the Q13 is connected to the reference potential terminal. Then a substantially equal level is secured for the resistance value between the resistances R11 and R12 along with m=m satisfied. As a result, the output current level becomes constant regardless of fluctuation of the DC bias power source.
