Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the strength with higher toughness in the entirety of a lead wire and to prevent breakage of wire at a connected section by a method wherein an annealed copper wire and a wire with a higher coefficient of elasticity than copper are used together. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire is prepared using an annealed copper wire and a wire having a higher coefficient of elasticity than copper such as a stainless steel wire and a piano wire together and consideration is taken in determining the percentage of combination of said wires that there will be no heat generation. As a result, the strength of the lead wire is increased, its deflection is reduced and the breakage of wire at connected sections, etc. can be prevented.
