Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a burner control device for a multifuel firing boiler which keeps the quantity of a particular fuels within plural kinds of fuels constant and can automatically control to increase or decrease the quantities of other fuels in accordance with the fluctuation of boiler load.
CONSTITUTION: If selection is made by a fixed value selection circuit 50 to control B fuel at a fixed value, a level "1" signal is outputted from the output terminal B of the circuit and opens the gates of AND circuits 45, 46, a level "0" signal is outputted from an output terminal A and closes the gates of AND circuits 35, 36, an A fuel burner ignition circuit 47 or an A fuel burner extinction circuit 48 is controlled according to the result of the decision circuits 43, 44 of a hi-lo comparator 42, so that a B fuel quantity eFB is controlled at a fixed value. That is, while a particular fuel is controlled at a fixed value, total fuel quantities can automatically be controlled using other fuel so as to meet the required fuel quantities of a boiler.
