Abstract
PURPOSE: To utilize a wind force effectively by fixing a concave surface of the channel steel fitted with concave wind-catching cups and the concave surface of each cup around a vertical axis, orienting both in the same rotational direction.
CONSTITUTION: A total of twelve wings comprising four groups having three wings respectively are fixed unitedly and radiately around a vertical center axis in such a manner that each group different in height is shifted in its position at an interval of angle of about 30 degrees. In order to catch extensively the wind force to be utilized, blowing evenly in a broad range, the concave surfaces of three wings are faced in the same direction reverse to the rotation. The concave surface of the channel steel fitted with the wings is also faced in the same direction reverse to the rotation.
